Honolulu Community College would like to introduce Kristi Anne Teruya, our new casual hire employee assigned to work with our C3T participants involved in the iCAN program. She will interface directly with our developmental education faculty, the iCAN learning lab, other student support programs, and provide direct services to students involved in the C3T initiatives. Kristi has over five years of experience working with at-risk middle and high school students in a non-traditional school setting in the Los Angeles area. She was responsible for academic recovery and mentoring to these individuals connecting them to school and community resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a master’s degree in Education from Pepperdine University.
Welcome to the Ohana, Kristi!
