Cassandra Kam is the new Disability Specialist in Student ACCESS. Prior to joining Honolulu Community College, Cassandra was the Employment and Special Projects Coordinator at The Arc in Hawaii. She has five years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a variety of capacities, including working with students transitioning from high school to post-secondary services for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Cassandra’s responsibilities will be to coordinate the services for students with disabilities at Honolulu Community College. Cassandra holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago, two master’s degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and certification from the Commission on Certified Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.
